Match RFC and JRFC
Sunday, November 30, 2008
3:34 AM

The match between Rapist F.C and Jack Rovers FC took place on a hot and burning Saturday afternoon.Due to the scorching hot weather, many of JRFC players suffered from dehydration. The earliest victim was Arep Dol who was substituted in the early 5 minutes.RFC scored 3 goals in the first half due to some defensive mix-up.JRFC closest chance was when Alyfe the Destroyer took a shot from a half-way line free kick that went in the net, sadly the goal was disallowed due to the freekick was to be taken indirectly.Faiz B. reacted badly by cursing the referee with Hokkien vulgarities .

JRFC change to 4-5-1 formation during the second half with Farhan B. playing a lone striker role.
RFC scored 4 more goals in the second half to make it 7-0.JRFC played better in the by creating more chances towards goal but are no chance for RFC as RFC is easily the better side.

This is JRFC first thrashing match and all players in JRFC will learn from this match.

Timing to be changed for trainings
Monday, November 24, 2008
7:26 AM

Dear fellow team-mates and friends,

I've been thinking of changing our regular Saturday morning trainings to be changed to an evening training, which most prolly either be from 4pm onwards, better still after our Asar prayers, which is around 4.30pm. This is due to the weather or atmosphere in the morning and punctuality(refers to me too!=S) of our fellow-team mates which arrived rather quite late and ended up dragging our supposedly 8am training to 9 or even 10am and above.

But with the change of timing to an evening one, not only me, but to be fair with those early-birds, we seek the whole team co-operation and understanding of being punctual in trainings so that our training will take up just around 2 hours or such, instead of 4-5 hours of training under the blazing noon sun.

Do let me or Kamil know whether you guys agree to my suggestion and if anyone of you has got other commitments or things that you always have to do on that particular Saturday evening.

Also, this Saturday, which is the 29th of November, won't be having any training till further notice due to Singapore and Ngee Ann Poly examinations going on. Most prolly it will resume around the 3rd week of December 2008.

With that, I hope you guys will voice out soon about my suggestion and to those sitting for their exams, all the best! (:

Transfer speculation
Friday, November 14, 2008
8:19 PM

Defender Pehan were recently being linked to a move away from JRFC during the winter transfer window. It has been said the player is currently having personal reasons which is why the club had sent him for counselling.

The admin said, "Pehan is currently undergoing some counselling by an expert because these few days he had been in a depressed mood due to school work & stuffs. Furthermore, the media linking him to a move to another club only adds on to the pressure."

Meanwhile, JRFC were given a break where training was cancelled due to the upcoming performances by TSTV. All the players are indeed looking forward in supporting their own team members. So, all the best TSTV !! (:

9Nov Limbang Park Rangers
Sunday, November 9, 2008
6:32 AM

The match between Jack Rovers FC and Limbang Park Rangers suffered an early setback due to the morning downpour. The two teams played the match despite the field being water-logged. JRFC had started off brightly after the kick-off and started to open scoring in the early minutes when LPR defender headed the ball to his own net while trying to prevent JRFC tallest player , Ahmad Mikal , from scoring his first goal for the club.

JRFC made it 2-0 in the 27rd min when Kamil scored with a cheeky flick after a clever pass by fellow strike-partner Amir. Syafiq who came on for Aly scored with a 20-yard scorcher after barely 5 minutes on the field to make the score 3 - 0.The score remained till halftime despite LPR's waves of attack that pose minimal threat to the JRFC's solid defence in the first half. However , JRFC half-time team talk didn't work that well as LPR got 2 early second-half goals after some defensive errors by JRFC. Substitutions were made as Faris , Faiz .Jr , Faiz B. , Zaed , Khainam , Hakim ,Farhan , Arai , Zul , Maikool were given playing time. The score remained 3 - 2 at full time despite LPR's "reinforcements" coming in the last 60 minutes. JRFC had to endure the determined opposition after the opposition totally change their team line-up with "outsiders" from a nearby hut. After the final whistle was blown, JRFC tasted their first fruitful victory under captain, Arai.

Final Score
JRFC 3 - 2 LPR
